Lab Members Participates in JCA 2024 in Fukuoka
Several members of our lab, including Prof. Alfred, Zhixian, Weiqin, Jing, and Yiling, attended the Japanese Cancer Association (JCA) 2024 conference held in Fukuoka.
Highlights of the conference:

Invited Talk by Prof. Alfred: On September 20, Prof. Alfred delivered an invited talk titled “Epigenetic reinforcement of immune-checkpoint targeting for hepatocellular carcinoma” in the session “Cancer ecosystem functions as an adaptive mechanism in response to intra- and extracellular changes.”

Presentation by Dr. Zhixian Liang: Dr. Liang presented her project “Macrophages enhance tumor cell lipid availability to promote anti-PD-1 resistance of hepatocellular carcinoma” in the Immune checkpoint inhibitors session.
